AlcoholEdu Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find my Penn ID number?

If you do not have (or remember) your PennID, go to:  http://campusexpress.upenn.edu/ and click on the online login.  After using your PennKey to log in, click on My PennCard and then click on Get My PennCard Number.

Is AlcoholEdu mandatory?

Yes, all incoming freshmen must complete AlcoholEdu. Failure to do so can result in more severe sanctions if you are caught violating the University’s Alcohol Policy.

I can’t log on to the AlcoholEdu for College website. What’s the problem?

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer, rather than Mozilla or Netscape or another browser.

My connection is slow. What do I do?

AlcoholEdu has several streaming video components, so a pretty fast connection is needed. However, you can access AlcoholEdu from any computer, so if you find that your personal computer is too slow, you can still participate in the program using a computer at an internet café, library, friend’s house, etc.

I logged out of the program earlier and now I can’t get back in. What do I do?

Make sure that you are using the same email account and password that you registered with. You cannot create duplicate accounts or you will not be credited with taking the course. If you still cannot access the course, use the Technical Support button to contact an AlcoholEdu representative.

For any technical issue (or when in doubt), use the Technical Support button in the upper right hand corner of the AlcoholEdu website. This allows you to speak online with a Technical Support representative immediately.
