The bartenders on this list are fully trained, both from a recognized school of bartending as well as in a special training of the University's Alcohol Policy and expectations for service standards. They are paid a *flat-rate* of $25/hour. As the bartenders are considered independent contractors, they are usually paid in cash, but if that is not possible, other payment arrangements can be made.
