MAINTAINING A HEALTHY SCHOOL-LIFE BALANCE - Spring 2017
Friday, January 13, 3:00 - 4:30 PM; Weingarten Center
Juggling academics, a social life, part-time jobs, career planning, and maintaining relationships with friends and family back home can sometimes feel overwhelming. This workshop, co-facilitated by the Weingarten Center and CAPS, will discuss strategies such as setting goals and priorities, recognizing the difference between necessary downtime and procrastination, and managing stress and anxiety to help you maintain a healthy balance between these various aspects of your life.
