Letters of RecommendationWelcome to Career Services' Credentials Service. We have enhanced our services, so please follow the link below that applies to you.

Career Services is partnered with Interfolio, the premier web-based credential file management service, to help with maintenance and mailing of Credentials letters for interested Penn students and alumni.

How to Ask for a Letter of Recommendation

Check the status of your Career Services requests: Once your requests have been processed, this information will be uploaded to the website for you to see. It takes 5 to 10 business days from when we receive your request untill it is processed, and another day to show up on the website, depending on the volume of requests we have received.  We process requests in the order they are received.  DO NOT inquire about your requests until you’re sure you’ve given us the requisite time to process them……your phone calls and emails just slow down the process.  Thank you.  We are working as diligently as we can.
