Please do not submit a request until all needed letters are in your file. Requests cannot be held until additional letters are received. Requests will be processed with the letters that are in your file at the time of request.

Check your file

Click here to see when we received and scanned in your letters of recommendation or filled a recent request.

If you placed one request for letters to be sent to several employers or schools, only the name you listed first on your request will appear but mailings will have gone to every place listed on that request.
You may notice entries for a registration form, a copy of what you filled out to establish a file, and a notice to schools or employers, a cover sheet sent out with recommendations. These are normal and supposed to be there.
