To see which recommendations we currently have on file for you, please enter your last name as well as the last four digits of your Social Security number, then click on the submit button.

A listing of all the recommendations that have been processed by Career Services should appear, with the recommender's name, the date and type of form that were submitted, and whether or not that form was confidential. Each form will appear as a separate entry, so if you have multiple recommendations from a single person they will appear as such.

When a request has been filled, you'll see an entry for "request form." Usually only the first item on a request form will appear on the screen, but the entire request will have been filled. Sometimes it takes a day or two after a request has been filled for the notation that it has been to appear on the web site. Your request will be labeled "nonconfidential." This refers to the request form itself [you obviously have seen it because you filled it out!], rather than to the letters with which the request was filled.

NOTE: If you are using a shared computer, please close your browser after you have checked your files to prevent others from viewing your data.
