PLEASE NOTE: If you are a pre-health applicant, Career Services will continue to maintain your credentials files in-house, as part of your pre-health application process. Please go to http://www.vpul.upenn.edu/careerservices/credentials/credentialshealth.html for additional information and to submit your pre-health applications. You may follow instructions below to keep track of the letters in your Career Services Credentials file and also see your requests which have been processed.

If you are a Penn student or alumni and have maintained a Credentials file with our office, you may review your file by following instructions below. We will be keeping your letters – they will NOT be destroyed. If you want to open an Interfolio account for managing your letters of recommendation and other important documents, please go to http://www.vpul.upenn.edu/careerservices/credentials/credentialshealth.html and follow instructions appropriate to your situation. To have your documents on file with Career Services transferred to your account at Interfolio, please submit a request in writing to letters@pobox.upenn.edu.
If you are currently asking for letters of recommendation from professors, supervisors, etc., please open an Interfolio account and follow their instructions for letter writers (www.interfolio.com ). They can submit their letters electronically or by mail, whichever way works best for your recommenders. Please do NOT have letters or requests submitted to Career Services. It will slow down your applications while you wait for us to transfer those letters to Interfolio.
