When a request has been filled, you'll see an entry for "request form." Only the first item on a request form will appear on the screen, but the entire request will have been filled. Sometimes it takes a day or two after a request has been filled for the notation that it has been to appear on the web site. Your request will be labeled "nonconfidential." This refers to the request form itself [you obviously have seen it because you filled it out!], rather than to the letters with which the request was filled.
