Goettsch Partners Architecture Planning	Goettsch Partners is an international design practice whose creativity and expertise allow us to create dynamic and imaginative architecture. Heerim Architects and Planners Architecture Planning	Heerim Architects and Planners is an architectural office located in Seoul, Korea. Since the establishment in 1970, Heerim has been considered as one of the largest architectural firms in Korea. For our current challenging projects, we are seeking for applicants for the internships at Seoul office. Philadelphia City Planning Commision Planning Real Estate	The City Planning Commission is responsible for guiding the orderly growth and development of the City of Philadelphia. The Commission’s Home Rule Charter-mandated functions are to: - Prepare, adopt, and modify a Comprehensive Plan of the City; - Prepare an annual Capital Program and Budget; - Prepare proposed zoning ordinances, maps, and amendments; - Prepare regulations concerning the subdivision of land; - Make recommendations to City Council on the foregoing, in addition to the acquisition or sale of City real estate.
