All requests to schedule on-campus interview dates for the 2016-2017 academic term will be accepted in PennLink (not via email or telephone) beginning at 12:00 noon EDT on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 for corporate donors and participants of the Career Services Support Program. All other employers may submit their requests starting Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 12:00 noon EDT.
Recruiting for the fall term begins Tuesday, September 20, 2016 and ends Friday, December 9, 2016, with designated recruiting dates between Tuesday, September 20, 2016 and Friday, October 21, 2016 reserved exclusively for full-time interviews. Recruiting dates between Monday, October 24, 2016 and Friday, November 4, 2016 are reserved exclusively for summer internship interviews. Spring term recruiting begins Wednesday, January 11, 2017 and ends Wednesday, April 26, 2017.
All first round interviews should be scheduled in the On-Campus Recruiting Interview Suite, or in the nearby Inn at Penn Hotel, through the On-Campus Recruiting Office. First round interviews are not to be held in Center City hotels.

Once you have logged into PennLink, the online recruiting system used by the University of Pennsylvania, simply click the "Request New OCR Interview Schedule" link from the shortcut list on the homepage.
Select the OCR MODEL that works best for you:
- Preselect to Alternate is the most commonly used OCR model. In this model, students submit resumes for your review. When making your selections, you determine whether a student is "invited," "not-invited" or listed as "alternate." In the event that not all of the preselected students sign up for a timeslot on your schedule, alternate students then have the opportunity to sign up, which maximizes the likelihood of a having a full schedule on the day of your visit.
- None - Room Reservation Only reserves only a room without an interview schedule attached.
- Open allows any student to sign up for available time slots.
- Resume Collect model allows you to collect student resumes without an on-campus interview schedule.
If you're planning to interview in our On-Campus Recruiting Interview Suite, select OCR Suite 90, McNeil Building - 3718 Locust Walk for the location. If you're planning to conduct interviews at the nearby Inn at Penn Hotel, please select The Inn at Penn Hotel - 3600 Sansom St, and contact them directly at 215-823-6203.
The interview room reservation fee is $100 per room, per day. Due to high demand for the rooms in our On-Campus Recruiting Interview Suite, the maximum number of rooms an employer may reserve is 12 per organization per day. (Non-profit organizations will be charged $25 per room, per day.) You will receive an invoice via email, detailing reservation charges. You can also view your Penn recruiting invoices by clicking the "Account" tab and the "OCR Invoices" sub-tab in PennLink.
It is our policy that interview room reservation fees will not be refunded or voided if cancellations are made after the resume submission period begins.

Most visits, unless taking place at the Inn at Penn, will take place in our On-Campus Recruiting Suite, located in the Leonard A. Our facility opens at 7:45am. Upon your arrival, please check in with your business card at the front desk, where you will be greeted and escorted to your interview room. We offer a continental breakfast in the morning and a snack tray in the afternoon - lunch will not be provided, although we do provide a guide of area restaurants. A media center, along with wireless access, is available for your use.
We will provide you with a final schedule including student resumes and additional information. We will also include the resumes of students who are seeking an interview with you in the event that there are vacancies on your schedule. Please review the resumes and inform the front desk if you would like to interview any of the potential candidates. We will be happy to contact them for you.
