Complete a "New Interview Schedule Request" Form in PennLink

PennLink for Employers: How To Request a New OCR Schedule from Penn Career Services on Vimeo.

Before submitting a request, please see our 2014-2015 On-Campus Recruiting Deadlines Calendar for a complete listing of interview dates and recruiting deadlines. You may also want to review our recruiting policies.

Once you have logged into PennLink, the online recruiting system used by the University of Pennsylvania, simply click the "Request New OCR Interview Schedule" link from the shortcut list on the homepage.

Select the OCR MODEL that works best for you:

  • Preselect to Alternate is the most commonly used OCR model. In this model, students submit resumes for your review. When making your selections, you determine whether a student is "invited," "not-invited" or listed as "alternate." In the event that not all of the preselected students sign up for a timeslot on your schedule, alternate students then have the opportunity to sign up, which maximizes the likelihood of a having a full schedule on the day of your visit.
  • None – Room Reservation Only reserves only a room without an interview schedule attached.
  • Open allows any student to sign up for available time slots.
  • Resume Collect model allows you to collect student resumes without an on-campus interview schedule.

If you're planning to interview in our On-Campus Recruiting Interview Suite, select OCR Suite 90, McNeil Building – 3718 Locust Walk for the location. If you're planning to conduct interviews at the nearby Inn at Penn Hotel, please select The Inn at Penn Hotel – 3600 Sansom St, and contact them directly at 215-823-6203.

    Interview Room Reservation Fees

Please notice that we have made a change to our interview room reservation rates for the 2014-2015 Recruiting Season:

The interview room reservation fee will be $100 per room, per day. Due to high demand for the rooms in our On-Campus Recruiting Interview Suite, the maximum number of rooms an employer may reserve is 15 per organization per day. (Non-profit organizations will be charged $25 per room, per day.) You will receive an invoice via email, detailing reservation charges. You can also view your Penn recruiting invoices by clicking the "Account" tab and the "OCR Invoices" sub-tab in PennLink.

It is our policy that interview room reservation fees will not be refunded or voided if cancellations are made after the resume submission period begins.

    Employer Information Sessions

After your interview date has been confirmed, you may request a "New OCR Employer Information Session" by clicking the link on the shortcuts menu on your PennLink homepage. Please click here to view our guide to scheduling successful employer information sessions.
