Question 1 - How do I make an appointment?
Appointments are available in the form of either Career Advising sessions or Mock Interviews. Career Advising sessions are 30 minutes in length and Mock Interviews are one hour in length. To make an appointment for either Career Advising or a Mock Interview, please call our office at 215-898-3012.
Question 2 - What are walk-ins?
An alternative to appointments, walk-ins are 15 minute sessions with a counselor. Walk-in slots are generally posted daily and are filled on a first-come, first-served position by coming to the Career Services office and signing up for available slots posted at the front desk. Question 3 - Where are you located?
The Career Services office is located in Suite 20 in the basement of the McNeil Building. Our exact location is 3718 Locust Walk. For a map, click here.
Question 4 - What do I do if I want my resume reviewed?
For a resume or cover letter review, please drop of your resume/cover letter at the career services office. Resumes/Cover Letters are generally reviewed within 2 business days. You can also speak with a counselor regarding your resume by scheduling an appointment. For help in writing a resume, click here. For help in writing a cover letter, click here.
Question 5 - What if I have a question to ask one of the counselors?

Pennlink and iNet are the two online resources that Career Services uses for online job and internship postings. You can access both through our Job & Internships page by clicking here. Career Services also has a Library containing several commercial job vacancy listings for Penn students. You can access the Career Services Library webpage by clicking here.
