The Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Center at PENN, one of the oldest and most active programs of its kind in the country, supports PENN lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender students, staff, alumni, and faculty and increases the general PENN community’s understanding and acceptance of its sexual and gender minority members. Established in 1982, the Center provides a variety of services throughout the year for and concerning PENN's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community.

The Undergraduate Assembly (UA) is a group of thirty-three elected students who represent undergraduates in affairs that they deem are of "general University interest." The UA represents these student interests to the administration, works to implement programs that will benefit students, plans social events, collaborates with other branches of student government to influence University policy and distributes over $1 million in funds to other organizations.

The mission of the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs at the University of Pennsylvania is to provide a holistic approach for the development of the fraternity/sorority member which extends beyond other University Life areas. The Greek system creates smaller communities within the larger University environment. It provides a bond of friendship which extends into a lifelong experience. The rituals which guide each organization are based on values and ethics which foster the highest ideals and behavior.
College Houses at Penn are eleven unique undergraduate residences - hubs of intellectual, social, and recreational activity. They stand at the center of the Penn undergraduate experience, bringing together undergraduates, faculty, staff and graduate students to form shared communities within the larger context of Penn's vibrant campus.
The Office of the Chaplain sponsors, supports and encourages religious activities and reflection on faith and concerns of the spiritual dimensions of life. These concerns include the relationship between personal faith and social issues.
