Leadership Enrichment and Action Program (LEAP) facilitates leadership development opportunities for Latino/a students and the Penn student community at large. Coordinates meaningful interactions between University officials, faculty and staff as well as Latino/a leaders and professionals in the Philadelphia region and nationally with the Penn student community.

Activities include: Cafe con Leche cultural dialogues; interactive workshops; small group discussions on topics of interest; leadership training sessions and retreats; receptions and other opportunities for groups to meet and exchange knowledge, skills and perspectives on a variety of topics about leadership development, Latin America and Latinos/as in the United States.
