La Casa's services provide assistance to every aspect of student life. Students are given the resources to make their Penn experience successful and fun. As part of the educational mission, La Casa houses a resource library, which includes a collection of books, journals, magazines, videos, films and scholarship/internship information. La Casa's services provide students with the opportunity to access information, network with alumni and community leaders. La Casa's services provide students with the tools they require for a successful future. Our resources are available to all Penn students. Do you need a place to chill near the center of campus? Then stop by La Casa Latina, located at 3601 Locust Walk inside the ARCH building. La Casa Latina offers a variety of resources, services, and programs, and is open to all students. La Casa Latina is your student resources center and is here to help you, whether you need to turn in a paper on time, put on an event for your group, or just relax. La Casa Latina's Sala offers comfortable couches, a television and VCR, a library with nearly 200 books and videos, and a microwave and refrigerator. Why bother with the hassle of a crowded Houston Hall at noon when you can go right up the walk to La Casa? The ARCH computer lab offers printing, scanning, faxing, and just about anything you need to do on a computer, whether you need to check your e-mail or make a brochure. All of this is conveniently in the center of campus. The best thing about La Casa would definitely be the staff. Director Ana Maria Cobo and Administrative Assistant Maritza Santiago are always willing to help students out. If you have not met them yet, then stop by and say hello. In addition to them, there are a host of interns at La Casa that keep the center running. It's up to you to take advantage of these resources.
