The Mazzoni Center offers free and anonymous HIV testing and counseling services at their main location, as well as at the satellite testing location at Washington West Project, and various off-site locations throughout Philadelphia.

- There is a Trans Programming Committee that develops programs of interest to the transgender community. Programs include a Gender Bender Ball, support groups, educational activities, and more.
- WeXist: Friendly, non-political support group for transmen, female-to-male transexuals (FTM), and anyone who was assigned female at birth with gender identity issues or questions. The group meets from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the second Friday of every month. The first hour is open to FFAs (Significant Others, Friends, Family and Allies), the second hour is closed to those who self-identify somewhere on the transmasculine spectrum. - Trans World Allies: A support group for anyone on the transgender continuum. Meets from 2pm to 4pm on the first Saturday of the month.
- PTSSG: A support group for male-to-female transsexuals and intersexed individuals. Meets from 4pm to 6pm on the first and third Saturday of the month.
- We Transition Too: Support group for partners of gender-variant people; meets from 2pm to 4pm the first Saturday of the month.
- Passages: Peer-facilitated confidential support group for transgender, transsexual, femme queen and gender-questioning adults of all ages and ethnicities; meets from 6pm to 8pm Wednesdays at William Way Community Center at 1315 Spruce St, 215-981-3351.
- Youth in Transition: A Support Group for Transgender and Gender Questioning Youth. Youth in Transition offers group support for transgender, transsexual, and gender questioning individuals ages 12-23. The group meets every Tuesday from 7:30pm-9pm. - Transgender Services: Regardless of gender identity or gender expression, Mazzoni Center provides compassionate and non-judgmental medical care to Philadelphia s wonderfully diverse transgender community. We are especially proud of our ability to provide this care and continually seek feedback from the community.
- Services include: primary care, hormone therapy and monitoring, supportive counseling and referrals as needed. While we do not provide hormones on site, we have researched various methods for patients to obtain affordable hormonal therapies that meet their special needs. Our LGBTQ health specialist is available for all patients who need help navigating the health care system or who are looking for additional support.

The Trans-Health Information Project (TIP) is a comprehensive HIV prevention and health education project designed by and for transgendered, transsexual, and gender-variant people in Philadelphia. TIP puts accurate information about safer sex and safer injection techniques into the hands of trans people in order to encourage less risky behaviors and to foster advocacy on our own behalf regarding our healthcare needs.
