The Makuu Black Cultural Center's staff of three hears this question very often. We have the same answer: We support you! Makuu provides student resource advising, program support and serves as a cultural laboratory of the African Diaspora to the University of Pennsylvania campus. Students come to Makuu to navigate the many programs and services available to Penn students in areas such as academic support, financial aid, student activities and Africana culture. In addition to coordinating a student mentoring program, Makuu also assists in producing many student sponsored events.
