A Model of Excellence |
The Penn Models of Excellence (MOE) program was introduced in the fall of 1999. It was designed to:
- support the University values of extraordinary innovation, initiative, leadership, cost-effectiveness, and a deep commitment to service;
- provide models of outstanding staff member accomplishments, above and beyond job and performance expectations, for emulation; and
- offer an opportunity to honor, award and celebrate these outstanding staff member contributions to the University.
The Models of Excellence program recognizes significant achievements by University staff that go well above and beyond job requirements. The University Life Division is honored to have had many staff members receive this award since the program's inception.
