- September 3, 2010 (Friday) – University chapter houses officially open
- December 23, 2010, 12 noon – University chapter houses CLOSE for Semester Break, all residents must be moved out by this time after completion of final exams
- January 9, 2011 -- University chapter houses open for Spring 2011 Semester
- May 11, 2011 at 12 noon – ALL undergraduates must be move out after completion of Final exams on May 10th
- May 16, 2011 – Commencement – All graduates should be moved out of chapter houses by 5pm, but no later than Tuesday, May 17 at 12 noon
