Important Dates and Times
September 2, 2011- (Friday) – University Chapter Houses officially open
December 22, 2011 , 12 noon – University Chapter houses CLOSED for Semester Break – All residents must be moved out by this time after completion of final exams
January 8, 2012 -- University Chapter Houses open for the Spring 2010 semester
February 3-4, 2012 -- Mandatory President's Retreat (including all governing council officers)
May 9, 2012, 12 noon – ALL undergraduates MUST be move out after completion of Final exams on May 8th
May 14, 2012 – Commencement – All Graduates should be moved out of Chapter Houses by 5pm, but absolutely no later than Tuesday, May 15 at 12noon.
August 28-29, 2012 -- Mandatory President's retreat (including all governing council officers). Returnon Aug 27.
Aug 30, 2012 -- Mandatory Presidents/House Managers joint training day.
