FREE SMOKING CESSATION PROGRAM.

Are you a smoker?  Would you like to quit?  The Office of Health Education is offering WholeBreath Smoking Cessation™, a new, holistic program to assist smokers in quitting their habit.  This unique program combines behavior counseling with other healing modalities, including meditation, guided imagery, and Reiki, a Japanese energy healing system.  Participants will not only receive the personalized attention necessary to support their decision to quit, but also learn techniques for reducing their stress and facing life’s many challenges with calm and balance.   The six-week program, which includes weekly sessions of one-hour each, is free to any Penn student.  Participants will be required to keep a journal recording their experiences.  The only other requirement is a serious commitment to quit!  The program begins in October.  Spaces are limited, so sign up soon.

To sign up, call Steve at 573-3525
