Banner Pole and Table Rental on Locust Walk
Banner poles are obtained from the Office of Student Affairs in Suite 200 Houston Hall. Students must pay a $25 cash deposit which will be redeemed when the poles are returned to the office and checked off. Poles may be checked out from Mon-Fri during the academic year and reservations open for the following week starting Friday at 1pm. Students may return poles at the end of the workday or keep them indoors overnight, but all poles must be returned by 4:30pm Friday evening or the fee may be forfeited.
Tables are loaned on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved in advance.
