PennQuest Schedule

REVISED PennQuest Schedule 2012
Please note that these are the times we are shooting for.  Too many travel delays and late arrivals of participants will cause us to adjust here and there.  We will try to stay close to this.  Leaders will call with any changes. Otherwise, use these times below. 

Sunday, August 26th
No formal activities scheduled.
Parent Orientation is cancelled.
Possible informal gathering with pizza at 7pm in Houston Hall if conditions are safe.  A leader will call each participant to confirm.

Monday, August 27th
11 a.m.-4 p.m.: PennQuest Information Center Open
Golkin Room, Houston Hall, 3417 Spruce Street
Students can check in here to get information, backpacks/sleeping bag rentals, PennID cards.
3:00pm–PennQuest Orientation
Class of ’49 Auditorium, Houston Hall 3417 Spruce Street
4:00pm- Buses Depart to Poconos and the Pocono Environmental Education Center
6:00pm-Possible late bus for late arrivals.  Will assess this on Monday morning.

Tuesday, August 28th and Wednesday, August 29th
Backpacking on the Appalachian Trail.

Thursday, August 30th
Pick up from hikes, board buses at PEEC
Arrive at Penn between 4pm and 6pm outside the Quad at 37th and Spruce.
