Confiscation of Publications
The
confiscation of publications on campus is inconsistent with the University's
policies and procedures, and with the ideals of the University. It
is inconsistent with the University's Guidelines on Open Expression,
and could violate contractual arrangements between the University
and other parties.
Members of the University community who are responsible for confiscating
publications should expect to be held accountable.
