University Student Organizations |
| If a group or organization is registered with the Office of Affairs they may request a room free of charge provided that they abide by the University of Pennsylvania guidelines. The Student Affairs Staff can also provide assistance to Student Organizations planning events. |

University Faculty & Staff Organizations |
| Faculty and staff departments and recognized alumni organizations may reserve space for official University related events. |

Non Penn Groups |
| Personal events, Corporations, Non-Profits: We have the perfect space for your event! When the building is not in use for internal groups, Perelman Quadrangle welcomes outside clients. With all our amenities we are a perfect choice for your event. Think out of the box and into the Quad! |
