Colleen acts as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of VPUL Facilities. In addition to this role, she also serves as an Event Coordinator under the Manager of Event Services for Perelman Quadrangle where she provides support to clients in reference to their planned events in Perelman Quadrangle Facilities and VPUL Performing Arts Facilities.

Serves as the primary contact and informational resource for all visitors and users of the Perelman Quadrangle and visitors to the campus using Perelman Quadrangle as their entrance point. Provide detailed information of all Perelman Quadrangle facilities, services and activities as well as general campus and local community information. Assists clients with details in reference to their planned events in Perelman Quadrangle Facilities and VPUL Performing Arts Facilities.
