Oversees the direction and management of facilities for the Office of The Vice Provost of University Life, including Perelman Quadrangle and VPUL Performing Arts Facilities, Classroom Facilities, Fraternity and Sorority Chapter Houses, and Penn Student Agencies. Tom is a graduate of Emerson College, a member of the International Association of Assembly Managers, The Association of College Unions and the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors.

Kris Patterson
Manager of Perelman Quadrangle

Responsible for the day to day management of the Perelman Quadrangle and VPUL Performing Arts Facilities (including facility operations and staffing, safety, security, housekeeping, Student Union services and programming, as well as event support services for Perelman Quadrangle). Kris earned her Master’s Degree in Education and has over twenty years of employment at PENN.

Laura Carney

Oversees the reservation, scheduling and internal event planning process. Promotes the use of Perelman Quadrangle facilities and services and VPUL Performing Arts Facilities to internal clients.

Veronica Kraft
Manager of Event Sales

Promotes the use of facilities and services of Perelman Quadrangle and VPUL Performing Arts Facilities to both internal and external clients. Veronica serves on the Board of Directors for The International Special Events Society (ISES) as VP of Membership and is member of Pennsylvania Meeting Planners International and The Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors. Assists in the oversight of budgets and oversees the personnel/payroll processes of University Life Facilities including Classroom Facilities Support, VPUL Office Facilities, Fraternity and Sorority Chapter Houses, Perelman Quadrangle and Performing Arts Facilities and Penn Student Agencies. Carol is a graduate of Temple University.
