Claire Williams

Receptionist


A graduate of Gettysburg College, Claire is responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors to the Perelman Quadrangle Administrative Offices. Claire provides detailed information of all Perelman Quadrangle facilities, services and activities as well as general campus information. She is also responsible for event ticket printing and equipment/furniture rental from PQ.

Assistant Sales Associate


Alyssa brings years of excellent customer service skills to her position as the Assistant Sales Associate in our Event Sales Department. Working with clients through the reservation process, via scheduling tours, producing estimates and seeing them through to contract is Alyssa’s area of expertise.


Chardae Whiting

Financial Assistant


Chardae is responsible for handling financial and administrative assistance to the University Life Facilities which include Classroom Facilities Support, VPUL Office Facilities, Fraternity and Sorority Chapter Houses, Performing Arts Facilities, and Perelman Quadrangle. Furthermore, she performs accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing duties.

Financial Asst, Event Billing


Responsible for processing all financial aspects of events taking place in Perelman Quadrangle and VPUL Performing Arts Facilities.
