The office coordinates all associated special event services including security, housekeeping, audio-visual, catering and rental. The primary goal of our office is to complement the academic mission of the University by providing students with desirable spaces to engage in. Through our role as the major provider of coordinated scheduling and events management services for the University community and its partners, by hosting events both internal and external, the office is able maintain the highest quality facilities, staff, and services for Penn students and the community.
