This form is for the cancellation of room reservations for space in the Perelman Quadrangle including performing arts facilities, green spaces, multipurpose spaces and non-academic events in central pool classrooms. The information provided will be sent to a Scheduling Coordinator who will process the request. This form is for use by university clients only.
