External Client Inquiries
Any person, organization or company who wish to have an event at the Perelman Quadrangle should complete a non-penn event inquiry request.
Students, Faculty and Staff
If you wish to reserve a space on behalf of a University affiliated organization or department, you must complete a room reservation request. Please allow 72 hours for your event application to be processed. You will be emailed a confirmation once your request has been approved and scheduled.
If you requested a classroom, notice should not be expected before the start of classes for the fall semester.
Please be aware that due to increased security in SAS buildings (DRL, Wiliiams, Logan, McNeil and Stitler) we are very limited in our use of central pool classrooms.
Be sure to get your reservations in early. To follow-up on an existing reservation, please send an email to reserve@pobox.upenn.edu.
To cancel a request, please fill out the CANCELLATION FORM.
