As long as your student organization is registered with the Office of Student Life, you can not only rent a room free of charge, but other items such as 6ft tables, and podiums with microphones are also available free of charge. Remember, the Perelman Quadrangle is here to help you with your events, so they are therefore very flexible with payment and scheduling. Never cancel a meeting or study group because you forgot to book a room, if you are in a bind and need a meeting room the day before, or sometimes even the day of an event, talk to the office and see what they can do to help.
