Phoebe is a junior majoring in Communications and World History in the College of Arts and Sciences. Her hometown is in San Antonio, Texas. She joined PSA as a Customer Service Representative for the PSA Store in her freshman year. She is involved in theater, gospel choir, and We-Pak at Penn. In her spare time she en joys pottery, shopping, reading, and listening to music.

In the fall of her junior year, she joined PSA as a Customer Service Representative at the Store. After graduation, she plans to attend law school back in California. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, eating Thai food, and following the San Jose Sharks.

Eric is a junior in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences majoring in Systems Engineering. Hailing from Vancouver, BC, Canada, he has grown to enjoy American culture. He joined PSA as a freshman as a Sales Associate for First Services. Besides PSA, he is also a Residential Advisor for Harnwell College House. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, watching sports and playing Ice Hockey.

Brian is a junior in the School of Arts and Sciences. He is double majoring in physics and philosophy. Brian likes to play lacrosse, tennis and other sports. Brian has worked for PSA since 2010 and also works as an undergraduate researcher in high energy experimental particle physics.

Robert Chung

Robert is a junior studying Race and Ethnic Relations in the College of Arts and Sciences. Robert was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and spent his freshman year studying Film, Art, and Race Relations at Northwestern University. Upon finishing his freshman year, he completed a year of national service with the AmeriCorps program City Year in San José, CA and in the following year, worked for both the Census and as an after-school teacher in the Pittsburgh town of Mount Oliver. He joined PSA as a Customer Service Representative and later worked on the Promotions team. In addition to his work with PSA, Robert works in the promotion for the Electric Factory Concert Venue in North Philadelphia. Robert is a member of the Varsity Sprint Football, Club Tennis, and Rugby teams at Penn, and performs in the stand-up comedy group, Simply Chaos, and his band, Bené Buscapé.

Jim Walton

Jim is a junior in the Wharton and Nursing dual degree program. He is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Gaining bartending experience at fraternity parties, he wanted to further his exposure to drinks mixology, and share with others the wonderful pastime that is bartending. Besides bartending, his other hobbies include skiing, going to concerts, and playing violin. In addition to being PSA's Bartending Manager, Jim is also the president of Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity and a member of the Penn Symphony orchestra.

Sayra is a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Graphic Design. She was born in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Although starting Penn in the Engineering school, she eventually decided her passion was in Design and Fine Arts. Sayra loves classic rock music and has been a gymnast for over 10 years. She hopes to work in the Design industry one day.

Margaret is a junior in the Engineering School, studying Bioengineering with a minor in Computer Science. Originally from Oklahoma, she has grown to enjoy Philadelphia and Penn. Beginning as a store CSR her sophomore year, she loves being apart of PSA's energy and opportunities for students! She is also the secretary of Engineering Deans' Advisory Board and volunteers in West Philly mentoring and the HUP pulmonary/G.I. unit. Margaret aspires to be a clinician working with public health initiatives. She enjoys good food, Mad Men, and laughing with friends! She also loves Mediterranean history and Jayhawks basketball.

Erica is a junior in the Wharton School concentrating in finance and management. Born in Boston but raised in Taiwan, she loves being a legitimate fat kid. She also enjoys singing, dancing, watching chick flicks and spoiling her mentees. Aside from working at PSA, Erica spends her time running around campus to Wharton China Business Society, Joseph Wharton Scholars Board, Penn Fashion Week, and Kite and Key meetings.

Ali Berryman, a graduate assistant for Penn Student Agencies, is currently pursuing a Master's in Higher Education Administration at Penn GSE. Ali graduated from Colby College with a degree in History and previously worked in Drexel University's admissions office. Though originally from Nashville, TN, Ali loves the north, especially Philadelphia! In her free time, she enjoys cooking, running, and traveling.

Audrey Edmondson is the General Manager of Penn Student Agencies. She has worked with PSA for one year and previously worked as an event coordinator for the University. Audrey has a degree in Journalism and Business from the University of Kentucky. She was born and raised in Kentucky, but loves her Philadelphia home! She serves as the chapter advisor for Sigma Kappa Sorority at Penn and volunteers for MANNA in the city. She lives downtown with her lovable cat, Atreyu.
