General Employee Recruitment Schedule

Every semester, we look for dedicated, enthusiastic students to join our team! Positions are rolling; hiring starts in early September for the fall, and in January for the Spring. Look on the Student Employement Website  and our Job Listings page for details.

2012 Manager Recruitment Schedule

Leadership positions are filled internally in December, and the remaining positions are then opened up to any Penn student in January.

All Directors and Managers are hired for a one-year period beginning in March with an option to renew for additional years based upon performance. Every spring, Penn Student Agencies holds a recruitment period for open leadership positions.

• Manager Information Session January 12th and 18th, Location TBA
• Applications are due January 23, 2012 
• 5 training meetings (TBD)
  
• Train with Mentors - February 6th to March 2nd
• Take Primary Role - March 12th

All newly hired managers and directors are invited to a lunch where they will meet the current leadership team and afterwards receive cross-training by the CFO, HR Manager and PSA Store Manager. All new hires will then spend a period of three weeks under the mentoring of managers who held their positions previously. Afterwards, the new hires take over the reins in their new roles and the mentors step back to provide guidance and support when needed.
