Officer Profiles

Isabel Mapp, President PPWN, CSW, Associate Director Staff, Faculty, Alumni Volunteer Service/Director Penn Volunteers In Public Service (VIPS) in the Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania. She is responsible for creating and managing volunteer activities for faculty, staff and alumni. She has also held other positions with the School of Social Work
and the African American Resource Center. She relocated to Philadelphia from Brooklyn, New York.

Ms. Mapp has been recognized several times by the University and by her peers. President Rodin named her as a distinguished employee on behalf of the Service Recognition Program, she received an ward for "Extraordinary Service and Commitment To Enhancing The Quality Of Life In Philadelphia Communities", the Women Of Color Organization at the University of
Pennsylvania recognized her for Excellence and the Vice President for Government, Community and Public Affairs awarded her a certificate of merit for services performed as a mentor. Additionally, Ms. Mapp was selected through a very competitive process to represent the University of Pennsylvania at the Summer Institute For Women In Higher Education Administration, an institute for women in management held on the Bryn Mawr College campus. Ms. Mapp is also the recipient of a Jannie L. Blackwell Award.

Kristin Davidson, Past President PPWN, is Director of Administrative Affairs in the College of Arts and Sciences. She has been a board member since 1999. She recently completed a term on the National Executive Board of the ACE Network, the National Network of Women in Higher Education Administration of the American Council on Education, and serves on the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia.

Donna M. Milici, Treasurer PPWN, is Executive Director, Information Technology, responsible for managing all information technology services in Penn’s School of Nursing. Prior to this, Donna held a variety of positions in Information Systems and Computing, including Director of Planning and Director of Academic Computing Services. Donna has a BS in education and an MS in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and is also a graduate of the HERS Institute for Women in Higher Education Administration at Bryn Mawr College and is a graduate of the EDUCAUSE Institute Leadership Program. She has served on the boards of Penn Volunteers in Public Service and the Coalition for Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools as a member of the Technology Committee. Donna has been on the Board of Penn Professional Women’s Network since 1999, and has served as Treasurer since 2004.

Marlayne N. Dundovich, Web Coordinator PPWN is Director of Campus Card Services in Business Services, responsible for managing the University's identification card production and it's central transactions systems. Prior to this, Marlayne held a variety of positions in Information Technology including Director of Computer Services and Director of Networking and Technology at the University of the Arts, Director for Administrative Information Systems at Bryn Mawr College, Analyst/Scientific Programmer/Project Leader at Graduate Hospital Cardiology, Anylist/Programmer in Interior Design Space Planning. Marlayne holds a BA in Computer and Information Science and working on an MS in Organizational Dynamics Projects, Portfolios, and Program Concentration. Marlayne has been on the Board of Penn Professional Women's Network since 2006.
