Provides telephone counseling, crisis intervention, emergency room counseling, follow up and referrals, court companions, advocacy, education, training and literature for survivors of sexual assault.

Call the Penn Police for any emergency situation. Transportation to Student Health or HUP ER will be provided in cases of illness or injury. In cases of drug or alcohol overdose, the primary concern of University and Penn Police is the safety of the individual, not prosecution and punishment.

Special Services is a unit of Public Safety. It provides crisis intervention and support, accompaniment to the hospital, assistance with police administration and/or court proceedings, transportation, temporary housing, and other kinds of assistance that may help overcome the trauma. They can also give you appropriate referrals.

Weingarten Learning Resources Center provides one-on-one consultations with a Learning Instructor in academic reading, writing, time management and study strategies for Pen undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. Study strategy workshops are also offered regularly throughout the fall and spring semesters.
