Eligibility to use Student Health depends upon the payment of the Clinical Fee or enrollment in the Penn-sponsored Insurance Plan. All full-time status students must be eligible to use Student Health. A mandatory Clinical Fee will be automatically billed to students (selection of the Penn insurance will result in a subsequent reversal of the clinical fee) 
There may be separate charges for other services and items provided by the Student Health Service.
