The University of Pennsylvania requires all incoming fall and spring students for 2008/09 to be compliant with certain immunization requirements and to complete the Medical History Questionnaire. Students will submit this information via a secure website. All vaccines listed are available at Student Health Services. Required immunizations are given at no cost to students enrolled in PSIP.
