| Eligibility to use Student Health depends upon the payment of the Clinical Fee or enrollment in the Penn-sponsored Insurance Plan. All full-time status students must be eligible to use Student Health. A mandatory Clinical Fee of $200.00 per semester will be automatically billed to students in the following schools: (selection of the Penn insurance will result in a subsequent reversal of the clinical fee) Undergraduate Schools: College Graduate Schools: Dental School All Other Graduate Schools: (Taking 3 or more courses) Part-time students may choose to use Student Health, by paying the Clinical Fee or enrolling in a PSIP. Any other active Penn student may voluntarily pay the Clinical Fee in order to obtain access to Student Health. English-language program (ELP) students will be automatically eligible to use Student Health while they are taking classes, through payment of a Clinical Fee through their department.
