May 31, 2011- Summer PSIP Online Enrollment Closes

July 1, 2011-The online waiver/enrollment system opens.

August 31 @ 11:59 PM - The online waiver/enrollment system closes. Students subject to the insurance requirement who have not made an online selection will be enrolled and charged the first half of the premium.

September 1, 2011 – September 30, 2011 - Students subject to the insurance requirement who fail to submit an online waiver request may request cancelation of PSIP with adequate coverage.   A $100 administration fee will apply.        

September 30 - Students may not cancel PSIP after this date for any reason.

December 15, 2011 - The online waiver/enrollment system opens for new incoming spring term students only. Returning students who wish to update their insurance information should contact the Insurance Office at 215 346 3535 option #3 or email to shsinsur@pobox.upenn.edu

January 31, 2012 - The online waiver/enrollment system closes. 

March 31, 2012 - The last date for students of UPENN to enroll in the Spring Continuation Plan
