Student Requirements:
The University of Pennsylvania requires all incoming fall and spring students for 2008/09 to be compliant with certain immunization requirements and to complete the Medical History Questionnaire. Students can submit this information via a secure website. All vaccines listed are available at Student Health Services. Required immunizations are given at no cost to students enrolled in the Penn Student Insurance Plan (PSIP).

The University of Pennsylvania requires all full-time undergraduate, graduate, professional and dissertation status students to carry adequate health insurance. Students are required to either actively enroll in the Penn Student Insurance Plan (PSIP) or, if you have alternative insurance, to request a waiver. Both these actions must be done online.
