All contraception refills need to be obtained either during a Women’s Health appointment or ordered by phone (215.746.1020). If you need a new prescription you will need to first make an appointment.

Ordering by Phone: When ordering refills by phone (215.746.1020), you will need to state your name, Penn ID number, phone number, name of your contraceptive product and how many you would like to purchase. Please allow one full business day for your order to be filled.

Picking up refills: Your order can be picked up at the cashier’s office on the next business day during regular business hours. Hours are 9-4pm. Please note that any prescriptions picked up when the cashier is closed will be automatically billed to your bursar account.

For students graduating in May or August 2009 there is no bursar account billing allowed as of April 1st. Therefore you will have to pick up your medication during business hours and pay cash.
