Outlook "From" issue
We are beginning to receive multiple reports of the "From" address appearing a blank in Outlook on the desktop, causing difficulty with replying as the "To" field on a reply does not automatically populate. The issue is related to a service disruption on Microsoft’s end that we were previously unaware of, but ISC has now let us know that Microsoft is currently in the process of deploying a fix.
Functionality should be restored as soon as Microsoft's fix reaches Penn O365. In the meantime, staff can use Penn O365 Webmail to reply to affected messages as only Outlook on the desktop is impacted by the issue. VPULTS will continue to communicate with ISC and send an update to the Division when the issue is resolved.
