		End-User Support · VPUL Help Desk · Standardized Hardware · Standardized Software     End-User Support The VPUL Technology Services Help Desk provides staff with computing, networking and desktop systems support for the Division of University Life. Areas of assistance include the upgrading, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications, network connectivity, email, and computer hardware and peripherals.     VPUL Help Desk Our Help Desk is located on the second floor of Franklin Building in the Annex wing click here for map. The VPUL Help Desk is staffed by a group of professionals who will work hard to answer your questions and assist you with your technology needs. All help desk requests are placed into our electronic ticketing system called Track-It. You will receive a communication from our help desk upon creation of the ticket assigned to your request.
