Discover Your Well is a two-part, 8-week workshop series based on positive psychology, the scientific study of well-being. Part 1, Open Up and Tap Into Your Positive Well, is particularly designed to help you build optimism and hope, experience positive emotions, tap into your strengths, and fine-tune your values. Part 2, Sustain and Share Your Positive Well, is built to bolster your perseverance, nourish self-compassion, power up your gratitude and kindness, and live out your meaning. These workshops will help you cultivate new ways to enrich your life and get the most out of your semester.
