Mindfulness Meditation Drop-In Group

Meditation leads to: more efficient use of study time, improve concentration, decrease anxiety, improve "your edge", decrease procrastination. This is a drop-in group, come as often or as little as you like. No need to sign up. Newcomers always welcomed (please arrive at 4:30pm).  We will use the time from 6-6:30pm to answer questions about mindfulness experience during the week
Meetings: Thursdays 5-6pm  (newcomers come at 4:30pm) , starting Thursday, September 7th
