Description: International and immigrant students who come to the US for any period of time are likely to encounter cultural differences in food and the experience of eating. In this interactive workshop, we will explore how the adjustment process to America can impact our relationship with food and with our bodies. In addition, we will discuss ways in which food relates to our mental health, emotional and social well-being, and our physical health.
Led by Yacob Tekie & Valeriya Spektor. Click here to register for this session.
