Our drop-in workshop series that focuses on body image and eating concerns will begin during National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, February 26 - March 4. Descriptions for each workshop are listed below, including meeting times. All workshops meet at CAPS. Please feel free to come to any of the workshops listed here that are relevant to you.

Food and eating can be a central focus of celebrations and of tension for families. With this workshop, we will discuss the role that family members and family dynamics may play in the messages we receive about food, about our bodies, and about feelings.
