The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is responsible for eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and the state of Delaware. Philadelphia City Planning Commission

The City Planning Commission is responsible for guiding the orderly growth and development of the City of Philadelphia. The PCPC's Home Rule Charter-mandated functions are to:
