Information for Students

About the Event: This annual spring career fair is open to all PennDesign students. The fair is an excellent way for firms and organizations to connect with students, make their work known and recruit for available full- and part-time positions, as well as summer opportunities. 

Location: Houston Hall (3417 Spruce Street).

Who can attend? This event is only open to current PennDesign students and alumni.

Meet representatives from firms and organizations looking to connect with PennDesign students in architecture, fine arts, landscape architecture, spatial analytics, planning and preservation. See the list of employers who attended in 2018 and the list of employers who attended in 2017.

Raffle Prizes!

All PennDesign students who attend the fair will be entered to win one of two raffle prizes!  Winners will be notified after the fair.

Resumes: Get job and internship application materials together before the fair, and be sure to bring copies of your resume and design sheets (as appropriate) to PennDesign Career Connection Day. Check out the PennDesign Resume Guide for assistance in creating your resume.  Make an appointment with a career advisor to get feedback on resumes.  Schedule an appointment through your Handshake account or call 215-898-7530 to schedule.  During the academic year, we offer walk-ins every Wednesday from 12-2 PM in Meyerson B7.  Visit our wesbite to see our other walk-in times.
