The LGBTQ Faculty Diversity Working Group meets periodically throughout the academic year, advocating for improvement to the general policies affecting LGBTQ faculty at Penn and aims to foster a welcoming and respectful campus community for LGBTQ individuals and their allies. Specific work has focused on diversity plans, faculty recruitment/retention, and data collection, among other areas of interest. All Penn faculty, staff, and students are welcome to attend. The current chair of the LGBTQ Faculty Diversity Working Group is Andre Dombrowski (History of Art, SAS), please contact him with any questions.

In conjunction with the LGBTQ Faculty Diversity Working Group, the following Penn faculty members constitute the LGBTQ Faculty Resource Group. They are resources to the Penn community around LGBTQ faculty recruitment, outreach, and retention.
