Job Description Summary
Working under the supervision of the business administrator, this position will primarily be responsible for:
-Front desk reception, to include greeting walk-ins, answering phones, providing exceptional customer service when communicating venue and event information, and distributing mail
-Printing tickets for events and sending appropriate email notifications
-Managing equipment deliveries and distributing weekly event reporting
-Assisting with some financial processes and data entry
-Light office stocking duties
-Other duties as assigned. Additional responsibilities to be determined based on candidate experience and career goals
-This position is for 20 hrs/week which must be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm
- Previous experience in customer service required
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as Adobe Acrobat required
- Candidate should have the ability to prioritize/organize assignments and manage projects independently with minimal supervision
- Must be proactive, reliable, and able to learn new systems
- Experience in KX or other event management software a plus
